Peter Jeffrey’s passion for Mixed Martial Arts started in 2003 when his brother, Keith, turned him on to NHB fighting, the sport currently known as MMA. Peter was a professional mixed martial artist from 2005-2012 and opened his own school, Triforce MMA, in 2009. He received his black belt in Brazilian jujitsu in 2017. Since then he has continued to grow as a martial artist and a professional coach. Peter has coached some of the top talents to come from the north east and his coaching talents have helped his students make it to the top organizations in MMA such as the UFC, Bellator, PFL, and CES.
Some of coach Pete’s more recent competition accolades include 2016 IBJJF brown belt Boston open champion. TCO black belt tournament champion 2017-2023, 3x TCO super fight black belt champion, 4x Machado invitational black belt Gi and no Gi champion and numerous other tournament top 3 finishes as a black belt.
Mr Jeffrey is the owner of Triforce MMA in Pawtucket RI and also co-owner of Triforce BJJ in Tampa Florida with UFC vet and black belt, Chuck “cold steel” O’Neil. Peter is a consummate student of the game. As an artist he’s always excited to continue learning and sharing his knowledge with his students at his home academy. Mr. Jeffrey also keeps a busy schedule traveling around the United States teaching seminars for other organizations as well.
He was also a former music teacher with a bachelors degree in music performance. He still enjoys writing and playing music any chance he can. Most importantly he is the proud father to his to children, Emma and Aiden, and husband to his wife, Megan Jeffrey.
